Am I Pregnant? Spotting the Early Signs You Need to Know

That nagging feeling… could it be? Wondering if you're pregnant? While a home pregnancy test is the definitive answer, your body might be dropping subtle hints beforehand. These early signs of pregnancy can appear even before a missed period.

One of the most common indicators is fatigue. Feeling unusually tired, even after a full night's sleep? Blame those surging hormones! Nausea, often called "morning sickness" (but can strike any time!), is another telltale sign. Tender, swollen breasts, frequent urination, and food cravings or aversions are also common early indicators.

Pay close attention to subtle changes in your body. Implantation bleeding, a light spotting that occurs when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining, can sometimes be mistaken for a light period. Don't ignore these signals! If you experience several of these symptoms, it's time to take a pregnancy test. Good luck!
