Crush Crushed? How to Finally Move On

That fluttery feeling of a crush can be intoxicating... until it's not. When the affection is unrequited or the situation is just not right, it's time to move on. But how do you actually *do* it?

First, acknowledge your feelings. Don't try to suppress them. Let yourself feel the disappointment, but don't wallow. Next, create distance. Unfollow them on social media, avoid places they frequent. Out of sight, out of mind (sort of!).

Focus on yourself! Engage in activities you enjoy, spend time with friends and family, and pursue your passions. Boost your self-esteem by focusing on your positive qualities and accomplishments. Remind yourself of your worth and everything you have to offer. Finally, remember that time heals all wounds. It might sting for a while, but eventually, those feelings will fade. Open yourself up to new experiences and new people. Your next crush might be even better!
